What is it, exactly?
Three-ply toilet tissue. Unscented, virgin pulp, in three colours. That's the whole range.
Why is it more expensive than the supermarket?
Because it's made to a different specification — higher wet strength, better dispersal, no fragrance. If cost per sheet is your leading criterion, a regional volume brand will serve you better and we'd say so.
Is it safe with a shattaf?
That's what it's built for. Most tissue sold here isn't, which is why it pills and shreds when damp.
Can I flush it?
It's engineered to disperse fully. Whether your building can take flushed paper depends on the building rather than the paper — our guide covers how to tell.
Is the black one safe? Does the colour come off?
No. The colour is fixed during manufacture rather than applied to the surface.
Why unscented?
Fragrance sits against skin and is a common irritant. It's also usually compensating for the paper.
Ordering
Which pack size should I buy?
Roughly 6 for one adult a month, 8 for a couple, 12 for a family. Our usage guide has the arithmetic.
Can I mix colours in one order?
Yes. Each colour and pack size is a separate item — add as many as you like.

The brand
Why is it called Fragile?
It's a joke about shipping labels. It's also a fair description of what happens to most tissue when it gets wet.
Where is it made?

Is it environmentally responsible?
Partly, and we're honest about the limits. Virgin pulp performs better wet than bamboo or recycled fibre, which is why we use it — but bamboo is genuinely better on environmental impact, and we've written a full comparison rather than pretending otherwise.
