At FRAGILE – Handle With Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened, and sealed products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if you received the wrong product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake or a damaged or defective product, FRAGILE will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened toilet paper packs or boxes.

  • Used products.

  • Products with broken or removed seals.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Clearance or final sale items, where stated.
